Just for fun, I wrote a new song called, ‘I Think It’s Time For You To Go.’ This was a few weeks ago in honour of my band (the people I love), who came over to play after one year of crouching somewhere under their masks. It was fun but we didn’t record it.
Who knew live recordings are so much harder to do than virtual ones? #Idaneverthunk.
Anyhow this is @Pasha_Karchevsky who lives in NY and plays beautiful trumpet. It’s our first time playing together. And of course my sweet, sweet friend from Italy Mauro Sereno (#mrsunnybass).
We literally recorded this tune in one day, going back and forth on Whatsapp. Including sound by @Ale.Rosenblat and video by @LautaroLunaB, from #BuenosAires.
I mean i really think it’s harder to come to #CookeTown from #MGRoad in #Bangalore, than do all this #crosscontinentaljazz.
